VISION STATEMENT
Shark Tank Racing Squad – Swim Team Prep Program (TANK-STP) will become Northern Virginia’s Pre-Competitive Level Swim Preparation Program to develop advanced level swimmers for the competitive environment by teaching stroke mechanics, racing techniques, and advance conditioning.

MISSION STATEMENT
Shark Tank Racing Squad – Swim Team Prep Program (TANK – STP) trains a diverse group of pre-competitive level and advanced swimmers. TANK-STP program will provide an emphasis on technique, speed development, race segmentation, advanced conditioning and competitive skills preparation to optimize performance. TANK-STP will be administered as a monthly program which specializes in the administration of a complete swimming developmental program in a ‘clinic-like’ fashion, by the highly skilled and talented members of TANK-STP coaching staff.
