TANK Racing Squad

Shark Tank Racing Squad is a yearround, elite-level USA Swimming team which features a proven training methodology, that is based upon an 11 month developmental and competitive program cycle, beginning in early September with the start of the USA Short Course Yard (SCY) season and ending in early August with Long Course (LCM) and Short Course Meter (SCM) summer season(s), Championship meets. Our methodology has proven that achieving an optimal (proper) balance of Long Course (50M/length) “Olympic Distance” conditioning and competition with short course (summer) sprinting is essential and beneficial to the development of the total (TANK) swimmer.
